At Aashiyana by Naman, every donation helps us rescue, treat, rehabilitate, feed, and provide shelter to stray and abandoned animals. We sincerely appreciate your generosity and support.

Donations

All donations made to Aashiyana by Naman are voluntary charitable contributions. Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable.

As donated funds are promptly utilized for animal rescue operations, medical treatment, food, shelter, vaccinations, sterilization, and other welfare activities, we are unable to offer refunds except in limited circumstances.

Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate donations due to a technical error.

• Incorrect donation amount caused by a payment processing issue.

• Unauthorized transactions that have been verified by the payment gateway or the donor's financial institution.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date and provide:

• Donor's Name

• Transaction ID / Payment Reference

• Donation Amount

• Date of Donation

• Reason for the refund request

Each request will be carefully reviewed, and the decision of Aashiyana by Naman shall be final.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the processing timelines of the respective payment gateway and financial institution.

Monthly (Recurring) Donations

If you have enrolled in a monthly donation plan:

• You may cancel your recurring donation at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

• Cancellation will stop all future recurring donations.

• Donations already processed before cancellation are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Completed donations cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully processed.

For recurring monthly donations, cancellation only prevents future scheduled payments and does not affect donations that have already been successfully charged.

Payment Failures

If a recurring donation cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, card expiry, banking restrictions, or any other payment-related issue, the payment gateway may retry the transaction in accordance with its policies. Continued payment failures may result in automatic suspension or cancellation of the recurring donation.
