4. Monthly Giving (Recurring Donations)

If you choose to make a recurring monthly donation:

• You may cancel your recurring donation at any time before the next billing cycle through the payment gateway or by contacting us.

• Cancellation will stop future donations only and does not refund donations that have already been processed.

• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or cancellation of the recurring donation.

5. Donation Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your donation:

• A confirmation message will be displayed.

• A donation acknowledgement or receipt may be sent to your registered email address, if provided.

• If your account has been debited but you do not receive confirmation, please contact us with your transaction details.

6. Refund Policy

Donations made to Aashiyana by Naman are voluntary charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate transactions.

• Technical payment errors.

• Unauthorized transactions verified by the payment gateway or financial institution.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date along with the relevant payment details.

All refund requests are subject to verification, and the decision of Aashiyana by Naman shall be final.
